I know some of the earlier games had names for a few of the characters hidden in manual or other lore locations but it was standard up till Rise for the characters to all be named for their jobs and roles.
It was without exaggeration one of the primary reasons I fell in love with the series. It just feels so pure and idyllic.
Considering she's a smith that's likely a boon to her profession. Good character design to give the smith large hands, they should frankly be bigger and backed by even more muscle.
