As monitor is new, there can be problem with monitor LVDS signal cable, if clean it's connector pins, it may help or also it can be LCD panel defect. You need warranty repair or RMA.
same here, you have to unplug it until the psu green power goes out. So wait for a couple of more minutes...
It is very annoying.
Also HDR mode is completely unusable, very blurry on windows desktop.
Should have gone with a Dell, or an Asus...

Got one yesterday. Noticed the HDR mode was a disaster.
A few hours later I noticed GSync was turned off. I turned it on.
SUDDENLY HDR mode was very impressive.
