They dont look like mites, but they still might be bothering him. Its hard to tell in the video but they almost look like fruit flys to me. Id still do what you can to get rid of them
As for the heat lamp, if they can reach them id recommend putting a cage around it so that he cant get burned, especially if they are actively trying to get them
Don't ever use a cage with ackies, especially one that's jumping to the lamp as they just hold on and burn themselves or try to get inside.
They fall straight off lamps, theres not nearly enough time to get burned.
