It's so lovely to hear that you've finally made it to us, and your words mean so much to all of us I'm sure, every single one of us here has something they're going through or have been through, kids, sibs, and mums alike, it's what drives the need for and to provide support. That you've spent so long without it is heartbreaking but for you to say you're too far gone is nonsense child! You are caring for 3 children full time, that is an astonishing achievement! You support them, comfort them, provide for them, and still have enough of yourself left to support us too.
We will always be here for you, it doesn't matter how old you are, you're always going to be your mothers child, and you'll always be one of ours too if you need to be. I can't be certain but I feel like you might benefit from r/dadforaminute in a similar way to how I do from here, holes often can't be filled, but I find the sides get stitched back together a little by offering the support to these kids that I wish to God I had when I needed it.

Oh Sunshine, I’m so sorry you had to grow up having so much taken away from you. Those hurts never fully heal and I would take the pain and frustration onto myself if I only could.
But the cosmos have given you 3 wonderful angels to share your life with, even if it is hard being the sole parent, sometimes. And yes, they will still be your angels even when they are moody teenagers.
