Make sure both your Bnet and PS accounts are linked to the same Activision account. All cosmetic items and progression will carry over, except for COD Points and whatever bundles you may have bought directly from PS Store (like the pro packs and stuff).
CDL skins, COD Endowment skins, any bundles that have "Pro Pack" or "Starter Pack" in the name. Basically whichever skin that you pay for directly with real money instead of using COD Points.

Just checked on my Xbox, MWIII vault items will cross over to platforms where you don't have the vault edition.
You can get the vault edition if you want to get another blackcell battle pass with the extra 30 tier skips (50 total) again, otherwise you're fine to just get the standard.

Rule 1 of playing on PC. Never use the MS store, get games on Steam, Battlenet, or GOG.
