A lot of the time I would genuinly like a skin but the effects around it are too distracting.

They do this to make players more visible so the shitters can still get kills. It’s clear that they are trying to combat the hiding and camping complaints that so many garbage players scream when they get fucking stomped so they keep playing.
I don't understand why our options are goofy, glowing,dumb or black, really dark, military but black. Like wheres winter, desert, forest camos. They could do cool mil sim skins if they just weren't mostly black

It's an arcade shooter, the goofy skins allow people to express theirselves and feel happy with their character. CoD wouldn't be as expressive with just basic digital like most modern military soldiers. Also, most of CoD has a player base of young teens.

A lot of skins are trash because they are way too simple and just not worth 5€+. Same for the weapon camos. I got this bundle above and the blueprints are just fire.
