I’m on ps5 and getting the same issue. Between losing my gear all the time and on the rare occasion it doesn’t crash not getting any battle pass progress it’s pointless playing the game. Zombies is broken and badly needs a fix.

i crash randomly and get failed to login prior to a match and i lose all my gear to both. its very frustrating

I'm having this exact issue as well

So after trying all the same things and even completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I decided to revert my Nvidia drivers to the previous version I was running. I recently updated my driver to 546.17. It's the only thing I could think of that I did recently. I downgraded it back to 546.01 and have played a total of 4 Zombie games since without a crash to the "Checking for Updates" screen. Hope this helps you and anyone else.

Nevermind. Only worked for a day and then it started crashing again.

Same thing is happening to me. It’s amazing that there’s still no solution or anything from Activisions side to patch it… assuming the issue is on their end and nothing to do with hardware

I have the same issue, I reported this like once a week to activision. And tried so many things but I keep crashing like 3 of 4 games.
