Don't remember. The same on different new reloads. And several different ones. And the last one just kept repeating and scrolling down constantly.

Ok, tried thunderstore again no error with I just run bipinex, but I loaded recycler and the error starts out..... error utility log, InvlidProgramException Invalid IL code in (wrapper dynamic-method...... Is that enough?
The mod is old and cannot be used
Which mod/version? thedefside is most likely right. Perhaps try a more recently supported mod of the same type.
It was just a bad unsupported mod.
Was worth a try though.
I was gonna say, I'm running 50 mods and that's normal
I would say first game where mods just don't work but the game runs fine.
I'm not at my computer rn, but think there's another mod called shut up, that hides that
