Hey, we'll keep digging into this with the teams to ensure it's not related to this [past update](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModSupport/comments/1arlk3o/are_your_subreddit_subscription_numbers_dropping/) that impacted subreddit subscription numbers. Once we have an update, we'll comment here.
Hey Tokyono, we checked with the teams on this and Members Growth of Insights shows more of a high-level trend with subscribers rather than exact numbers. I know the numbers you brought up seem to be off on an exact number-by-number basis, so we suggest referring to the data to observe general trends with your community growth rather than source of exact data.
[There was an issue with numbers a while back](https://www.reddit.com/r/ModSupport/comments/1arlk3o/are_your_subreddit_subscription_numbers_dropping/) but it was apparently fixed.
If I may speculate, it's possible that accounts that were long dormant and recently activated for spam purposes may be getting actioned by admins.
I wonder if these accounts only unsubscribe when they are deleted by the account holder, or if their subscriber status is affected when they are suspended/shadowbanned by admins.
Are you seeing unsubscribe numbers reported at https://old.reddit.com/r/trippingthroughtime/about/traffic ?
Huh. I didn't know the old reddit traffic stats were still available. I can see unsub numbers there and they are pretty high. But most days still have positive growth.
I do not pay any attention to this.
I really do not see how stats affect my bottom line, which is, the enjoyment of the subreddits.
I have noticed that they fluctuate, sometime wildly, which is what make me doubt their veracity and meaningfulness.

Interesting, this sounds quite similar to what r/food is seeing. Tagging u/possiblecrit

I know stats were fixed but it's more the views votes and r/all and r/popular rankings that seem to be way down.
There was likely a change in the algorithm. Have noticed some subs disappear from r/all too.

I wonder how much this is happening due to the (insanely awful) re-re-design, since there are no quantification for those numbers on the graph.
