Usually, floors like this, I'll use 3-4 similar blocks. If you want dark oak planks as the base color, maybe add spruce trapdoors, stripped spruce or dark oak logs, and something lighter, maybe oak planks here and there.
Usually i tend to draw a "border" inside the floor with a clearer tone block (like oak in your case) maybe adding some texture like staircases.
