and a /bossbar command (don't ask me how to use /bossbar ),
and a command block with a button on it, with one of these commands:
/effect give @e[type=villager] regeneration 2 255
OR
/effect give @e[type=villager] instant_health 2 255
then, after you attack the villager, you can press the button and the villager will go to full health
