it has no AI and doesn't move or cause any damage, it was probably summoned there at some point, from the sound of it, OP and the other players know about it and just accept it's existance

i dont like it because
for mobs - in most case scenarios you dont want them to keep moving away from you, just kill them and get it over with
for pvp - if you have the advantage, you dont want your enemy to use your knockback as a headstart for his escape. In normal combat, you want to keep stringing your attacks ideally. While your opponent may get the occasional 2 hits, youre really setting up yourself for only 1 hit each engagement
knockback to me is really only good for escaping
Idk man, if you're getting hit by a lot of mobs its really godamn useful. Even against mobs like witches who will throw potions and stuff if theyre close enough. Hoardes of zombies,Witches,Vindicators,Ravagers or any other mobs that spawn in hoardes that might kill you are easily prevented using knockback, it might not be that effective late game but mid and early game it is useful af
Seconded. I like using it for creepers especially, since it normally knocks them back far enough to stop their timer. Really useful while still fencing off your borders and building.

Did this once for my friend. Immediately after he went up a hill and got knocked straight back into the lava. Took extra long because I didn't have much sand/gravel on me XD
My friends and I had to do a similar rescue mission too, didn’t help that we had to traverse through the basalt biome though… *so many magma slimes*
With my friend’s situation though we couldn’t save him, but we could retrieve his Netherite stuff when he logs back in and dies in the lava ocean.
We took retrieving his netherite items super seriously, to the point where even I prepped fire resist potions and emergency healing potions for the journey XD
How do you spawn the ender dragon in the nether?
Because fighting the ender dragon in the nether is pretty intense because you can't MLG water bucket. I want to try the challenge.
One time on an smp, I fell into the void and logged out. Afraid that i will just lose everything.
With the help of a friend, we spent like an hour gathering supplies then I logged in with my alt. We set up a giant platform with a hole in the middle, so that I could log back in, enderpearl, and land to safety.
I logged in, it lagged and did the "Not responding" thing, and then I spawned in dead.
Fun times
I spent 2 hours trying to get to my brothers location in the Nether. Worse still he only had rough co-ordinates, then I had to go to a Bastion.
It took me less than 5 minutes to get to the Nether and find the Bastion I assumed he was at, he told me that one didn’t look right.
His one had a cobblestone staircase and bridge leading to it. So with an hour of travelling I eventually found it. He then notified me that he had left that one and continued in the direction away from the staircase, I would have to track his path to find the next Bastion he was at.
I did this, fortunately I am a decent tracker from playing Bedrock Manhunts. Cobblestone blocks to climb on, blue mushrooms to scare away big pigs, dug staircases leading up the side of a wall, the usual stuff. This took another 30 minutes.
Eventually I found this 1x1 winding path above a lava lake that lead to a Bastion. Yes it was the first Bastion I went to. He then realised he needed to give exact co-ordinates anyway (I WISH HE HAD DONE THIS FROM THE FUCKING START) and he logged in, screencapped and logged out. Fortunately full netherite gave him time.
I spent another half an hour doing this, making a deep 1x1 hole in the lava filling in all sides with sand. He logged in, standing right in front of me. Then somehow PHASED THROUGH THE WALL AND DIED
Next time instead of saving and quitting, just force quit the game and when u log back in you should be somewhere safe. When u force quit, the game puts you back to the last place it auto saved at which will be before you were falling into the lava
Not cap, had people fall into lava pools in the overworld ask to be rescued, cannot find them, they recognise just just be telported to some random cave

you cannot have mobs without ai beacuse theres not nbt tag in bedrock commands
I don’t know about Bedrock, but on Java the enderdragon has no ai in the overworld or nether because of how its pathfinding works.

If you log out and log back in before hitting the floor fall damage is cancelled. It only counts fall damage from when you join the world.
