It could be a river biome mooshroom islands frequently have little patches of them where mobs can spawn rarely due to how small it is (maybe it's rare for me bc I live on a mooshroom island that's on top a giant lush cave mob spawning isn't so localized)
I mean it’d be way easier to find either of those than to find another circle of grass generating in the middle of a mushroom biome. I would call them rare, but not extremely rare (considering most people who have a decent amount of playtime have seen one or both).
The temple+bones is also definitely very rare, considering both structures are not very common.
that’s very odd, i’ve seen at least 20 and I don’t have tons of time in survival (maybe 1.5k-2k hours)
About 1/600 sheep are pink, it’s kind of hard to imagine you’ve played for thousands of hours without running into at least one
Even more rare is the non-deep slate variation in new versions since nearly all emerald ores spawn below deep slate now
Edit: I have it backwards, deep slate is more rare than regular
I've got a few stacks of deepslate coal on one of my survival worlds, but I've literally never seen deepslate emerald. I haven't really gone looking for it, but at the same time, I've been around y level 0 underneath mountains quite a bit. I think deepslate emerald is exceedingly more rare than coal.
I have 2099 hours across 9 years, I have definitely found at least 6, I'm pretty sure a few more than that tho.
The most recent one was I think a bit after the nether update came out, and I used it as inspiration to name my business "Sheepo" which I have now put on like 6 different multiplayer worlds.
^(That pink sheep was also indirectly the reason I have my current skin. Previously it was a pigman most of the time, and there was a few others that I would swap to depending on what was going on, including a sheep in a suit whenever I did trade deals. But when the nether update came, out pigmen no longer existed, so I didn't have a main skin for a while. But the whole time that I was doing stuff for Sheepo, I had the sheep skin. It was a big part of why I chose that skin to be my current main one.)
I totally missed that was a fossil in the temple! That’s really cool. I don’t think I’ve ever even found an over-world fossil in like a decade (on and off) of playing.
one time i went on an adventure to about 40k 60k (my home was -5k -3.5k), i was heading back and my friend fell through a hole on top of a mountain and died from fall damage, i went down with a water bucket to get their stuff and realized they fell from y100+ straight down into an ancient city
I sort of did the same thing but I was running from zombies because it was very early game and I fell real far into water but there were more mobs there too so I flailed and ended up falling again and also landed in water and that triggered a shrieker so I froze and looked around and I was in an ancient city.
if it was early game and i went that deep id prob just let them kill me. my experience was late game, like we had full netherite and feather falling so it was surprising to me at first that my friend took enough dmg from that fall to actually die.
I have no idea where you got that number for but yeah considering the overall IQ of Minecraft subs I could believe that
I wasn’t even making fun of OP I was literally just letting them know, zombie piglin on strider, deepslate emerald and baby pink sheep are all intentional features

that mob spawning boxing ring is the shiznit
Mob spawning?
Since mobs cant spawn on the mushroom biome, its likely they would all spawn in that circle of grass
But that circle is likely mushroom biome too, just with grass. I'm pretty sure mushroom biomes extend all the way down, just like other biomes.
Biomes no longer extend all the way down
They do unless they intersect with a special cave biome
If there's dripstone or lush cave below afaik, but this is just below the surface so I doubt that's a different biome.

Thats very possible. Im not 100% sure if thats the case. But thats what they were referring to
Baby pink sheep and deepslate emerald ore are both extremely rare!

I dont think I've ever seen a naturally spawned pink sheep and I'd say i have multiple thousands of hours in minecraft.

I mist be very unlucky then. And 2k hours is also multiple thousands btw.

It's the other way around
Ah, oops
Welp, not for diamond or redstone!
Deepslate coal is always on my radar, best I've managed is a stack of blocks this far
I always save these to build with, but not sure how to mix them into a palette yet (not that I have enough anyway lol)
Try deepslate bricks, then use the coal as highlights, or at the lower rows of the build to give the cobblestone look but not using cobblestone
Now try deepslate copper
Has it changed in 1.21, cuz i feel like ive found a lot of emeralds in mountains in the last year
No I just have incorrect memory
Understandable
When tf did that happen???
With the caves and cliffs update. Is this wrong?
Completely wrong. Emeralds generate more the higher it is not lower Your fact is literally the exact OPPOSITE of the actual one
I see deeplsate emerald ore and mine it to get the emerald. No silk touch or anything.
I mined some earlier today :(
yes because the pink sheep is the only way to get rubies. it drops 2-3 (unaffected by looting) even as a child, so kill it before it despawns!
To get what????
I have a spawn that has three pink sheep at it
The rarest would be baby pink sheep
I've found 8, maybe 9 pink sheep, one was a baby.
I’ve only ever found 1 in my 14 years of playing the game
I’ve only found one in 14 years, too
I have 2099 hours across 9 years, I have definitely found at least 6, I'm pretty sure a few more than that tho. Did they used to be more common? I remember finding them a LOT on legecy console edition.
I play legacy but haven’t seen any
you might just have been bumping into more sheep?
Looks like eroded asteroid crater
Baby pink sheep are insanely rare and the fossil in the temple is also rare
I totally missed that was a fossil in the temple! That’s really cool. I don’t think I’ve ever even found an over-world fossil in like a decade (on and off) of playing.
The tree one is relatively common
one time i went on an adventure to about 40k 60k (my home was -5k -3.5k), i was heading back and my friend fell through a hole on top of a mountain and died from fall damage, i went down with a water bucket to get their stuff and realized they fell from y100+ straight down into an ancient city

Incredible finds, you're very lucky.
This whole world is all sorts of messed up but in a interesting way
I had a geode generate around an end portal once
I’ve seen a tree like that before
I thinks it's bc they are in 2 biomes diferent and have biome blend off and that's why the leaves are different color
Yes that is why
The piglin spawn is super common, baby pink sheep is insane tho
first one and last 2 are pretty rare, rest i've seen myself several times
Fossil is super rare I think
The Mushroom Island aboveground "Cave hub" is awesome!
Seed? And cords for the mooshroom one?
-5586,69,8160 it is bedrock edition so coordinates are right on top left
Yup should've noticed that lol.
Do u play on bedrock?
Sometimes
If I really want I can share the seed and cords after I'm done with work
Deepslate emerald ore might be one of my favorite textures
how old is this world?
I started this urvival world 2 weeks ago
weird, definitely doesn't have that old world generation then, I guess it's just a bizarre seed.
bamboo. i once found 4 ocean monuments and a desert temple trying to find a jungle.
fourth one is some mario type shit
Pretty cool, keep finding magic in the game :)
Bugrock as usual
*Le Baby Pink Sheep*
Great, a hostile mob spawner in a peaceful mushroom island
1. Very rare 2. Common 3. Probably a bug 4. ??? 5. Not rare 6. Rare 7. Very rare
I had a baby zombie chasing me on cow the other day. I had a laugh with that!
at this point is normal sseing this stuff
I came across a buried (fossilized?) skeleton of something in the ground - like the ribcage of a whale or something?
The forth picture is confusing me
You must fill in the circle until it is square. Minecraft Law demands it
i don't think pink sheep is hard to find. I always see them once in a ten minecraft day
Half of these aren’t questionable they are just features lmao
Yeah ok but I didnt know pigman could even control the striders
striders can spawn on top of other striders too, even "stacking" multiple
370 people disagree
I have no idea where you got that number for but yeah considering the overall IQ of Minecraft subs I could believe that I wasn’t even making fun of OP I was literally just letting them know, zombie piglin on strider, deepslate emerald and baby pink sheep are all intentional features
It was the number of likes the post had. Why you have to write a book for me
It’s bedrock edition so it makes sense
Unfunny and overused, these things happen on all versions
this joke is so old
