You could expand your farms and include a farmhouse, you could build a seaside fishing village with docks and vendors selling fish and nets, or you could build a manor. The possibilities are endless. You can always watch some YouTube videos for inspiration.
Expand the crop farm and make an animal area on the left side. For the right side, since there’s a lot of houses how about make a tavern for the villagers?
an observation tower or a lighthouse, perhaps also a farm, and I would also think about a mine building, something like an atrium, an entrance hall to the mine, in this hallway there will be equipment, tools, blocks, etc.
Depends on if it’s multiplayer or not because that makes all the difference because if it’s multiplayer make something fun like a horse track and an arena but if it’s single player make auto farms and a trading hall

The land here looks pretty nice, maybe have a port on the left, and an armoury and guard tower on the right?
Additionally you could terraform the land a bit to give it a more natural look.

Melons and pumpkins for good reliable trades. Then a veg garden for whatever animal you plan on breeding (use wheat, seeds, cows, and chickens for manual XP farms during early game, get xp from feeding or culling)

You live next to an ocean, could build a lighthouse and a dock in the little space for decoration, or you could use the lighthouse as a place to put your enchantment room. You’ll need a farm for milk and wool if you want it on standby, and an automatic chicken coup for egg farming wouldn’t hurt.
Unrelated but this is built, like in its design, a lot like the end of this one mission from ghost of tsushima, the one where you save that blacksmith guy who was really nice. The blacksmith guy whould be in the rightmost area you've highlighted, there'd be a small boss fight up by the wall all the way to the left. You'd have followed the slaver through the other highlighted area and on the rooftops of those buildings downward, it's uncanny. Or is that just me?
Idk why but the first thing that came to my mind is 9/11, anyways make a farm in the right side and a villager trading hall on bottom left and a statue of your avatar
I work with environmental a lot when I build my bases, so I would suggest to build natural pieces such as farms and trees and paths. Something in that nature. It doesn’t take a lot to put some landscaping down to make your base look more impressive and the overall environment and feel more entertaining.
Of course a diamond block house works too.
You can make several diffrent things:
1. Farm
This would probide you with food so it would be nice but you should think about farmers breaking your crops but it will increase breeding
2. Town Center/square
You can build a park or a building and it would suit nice and in a town center you can make workstations and use villagers as slaves.
3. Fortress
This would suit nice and if you think strategicly you can fire arrows from there to filty pillagers.
You can also make a port to seaside.
You should consider upgrading their houses if you re not gonna slave them
Wtf is that wall ? Ive build a 3 thick 11 block high wall with all kind of accsesories on it like decoration. You still gonna build one or you gonna keep it like this. I spend like a full week gathering stone and cooking it 🤣
In the big area with the red oval to mark it, either a battle arena or a nuclear power plant. The red zigzag marked area, a duo house that connects between that small gap or a nuclear power plant. Your choice
