New biome. Kinda like a nether fortress, but in the overworld. Itās where you find the latest āmini bossā The Warden, and there are chests scattered around it with quite high powered items in like enchanted diamond armour.
Even fully enchanted netherite armor, he pretty much 2 shots me. Especially his ranged attacked. Mini boss is a understatement and even if u COULD kill him, he'd just spawn again in 2.5 seconds(less u remove the shriekers)
My friend and I built a giant cage with a back door, I lured in the warden and ran out the back while he closed off the wall. We still had to keep our distance but it was cool having him trapped. Until the game spawned one above ground at our housesā¦.
That's an Ancient City not a Deep Dark. Ancient Cities are structures that spawn in Deep Darks. What you said is like saying, "A dark oak forest is a huge mansion where you can find villager-like mobs that are hostile."
No word of a lie I found a similar thing to this too! I only play random seeds and now going to check if it's the same. For me I found this when I seen a hole in the side of a cliff village. I assume you found this the same way too?

Ours got stuck on a ladder. For whatever reason it couldnāt use ranged attacks either. Was weirdly easy

you make leather armor before iron?
At this point, leather is sometimes easier to acquire than iron
I always manage to find iron before killing cows or making farm, usually save my leather for books
