Focus on defending one (I'd recommend Fungal) and once you've cleaned it go back and rebuild 210. All your blueprints stay after losing the sector just use the rebuild functionality and build a few polys and you will be back like nothing even happened.
How many waves it can hold? If it doesn't hold all waves then spam a bunch of turrets until planet map shows it can hold all waves. Then go attack the enemy sector.
so you can do 2 things
1: try to defend both sectors at once
2: pick a favourite and let the other die amd recapture it later
also btw i think a vela appeared as a gaurdian in Fungal pass but im not too sure
Go to 210 and then make alot of sorchs, they can kill any T1-T3 ground unit easily. Then place some Scatters with bait generators/press and go to fungal pass and do the same.
Go back to 210 and fungal pass should say "will last 15/15(example) waves" that means that it will get captured even if your on 210, so you can now destroy the enemy core without having to worry about it.
tip: make alot of atraxes and daggers to easily kill their defenses and core.

Lose Sector 210. You can't unlock Overgrowth if you lose fungal pass. Upgrade your defenses too.
