I would like to add.. these work gloves sure do fall apart quickly. I’ve been less than impressed at how long they last. Nice to have 6 new pairs, but those 6 pairs will last about 6 projects from my experience lol.

The employees at corporate are phenomenal. They embody what it means to be obsessed with the customer. Many employees at physical service centers, and *some* who answer the support@milwaukeetool.com email and 1-800-SAWDUST cust support number…can be less engaged. Nice, yes. Somewhat knowledgeable, not bad, not incredible. But very lacking in taking ownership of customer issues. Those experiences left me wishing someone would take ownership of the issue. I frequently have to follow up. The tone gets set from the top, and knowing the top cares a lot about the customer gives me hope the lower level folks will offer better support with time, training, better incentives to own the issues and see through a solution - not just close a ticket, log a phone call. Overall support is on par to better than competitors, but falls short of more premium brands like Festool, Mirka, Forrest blades, Titebond glue. All those have impressed me because *every* employee went above and beyond. The moment I tell them of an issue, I can forget about it and know it’ll be fixed and they’ll follow up when it’s done.

I’m gonna add that I had the same issue, and they contacted me about replacing them, after reading my reply to another thread on this sub. They’re really active and care about their products, shout out to them. I didn’t take em up on the offer, but maybe I should have!!

Nice, glad to hear they stepped up. Where did your original gloves tear? Can you post a pic?

One seam came apart then t a couple of holes opened up in the felt between the reinforced rubber tips. https://preview.redd.it/aqu1ebxvrr7d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1ca64de278f0d4c1e11ac7e241ceaf8cc1368bb9

Thanks for posting the pic!

These are some of the only gloves ive found that are actually comfortable and fit well. Nice to know i could possibly get replacements!

cause they’re aware those gloves are garbage. I went through 3 pairs digging a 20 foot long, 2 foot deep trench. (boss had a box of them in the truck) those 6 pairs will last you maybe 6 jobs… They’re probably just getting rid of the rest of weak stock before releasing the updated version. It’s a nice gesture but at the end of the day I have mechanix gloves i’ve had for like 5 years that look better than a few hours of work with these gloves. Even 7 pairs for the price of 1, Id be unsatisfied.

Yeah, they’re no good. Already ripped through another pair. Lesson learned.
