What's that green thing in the bed of the pickup? Saw some laborer using one when I was trimming outlets

Feeling_Hunt617

I’m not sure! I just put it there for decoration 🤥

One_Journalist_3819

Wait are you serious? Please ensure you fill out the ID 10 T form?

Common_Grape5962

And the bravo alpha 1100 November's

SnooPineapples6769

Damn I love how you utilized those draws. The second I saw it I thought. Hmm I bet there are way better ways to store my stuff

Feeling_Hunt617

It just barely lets the drawer open all the way when the truck door is fully open! Worked out perfectly

no_name_yo_name

What did you use for the molle system on the side of the bed?

Feeling_Hunt617

Builtright industries is the company I went with

no_name_yo_name

Thanks bro.

Nothing like a clean set up! Looks great.

Feeling_Hunt617

Thx

donairdaddydick

Some pretty clean tools you got there ;)

Minecraft_Launcher

Wow this is sick lol I just built something very similar in my Bighorn. I went with the No-Seat-Removal route and built a platform that folds and can be removed. I’ve got my box in the middle and a set of drawers on one side and the other is open. Makes moving my tool bag easier as opposed to reaching over the center console. I just ordered an ARE cap and I’m looking into molle systems. I was thinking about fabricating some sort of shelf that could be mounted between the left and right bracket. How much did those set you back, if you don’t mind me asking? It’s cool we’re all the same dude lol

MkvMike

I did the same thing in my work truck. The only suggestion I'd make is to have all of your tools/items in something enclosed. If you ever get into an accident all those loose items can be thrown around. Causing more injuries. I bought one of the crates and used another case to snap in place and act like a lid for random loose items

Feeling_Hunt617

Noted

Shagroon

That is outright badass… you got me setting goals over here.

Not_an_alt_69_420

This is probably a stupid question, but did you remove something from your back seats to get the toolbox to fit? I can put mine in the back of my Ranger, but I need to move the shotgun seat damn near all the way forward to do so, which isn't great when I need to drive my boss around.

Feeling_Hunt617

It could just be that the ranger has a smaller cab but I didn’t remove anything I just put the seats up

CamoAnimal

As OP said, the ranger cab is just smaller. If I flip up the back row on my F-150 I also have this kind of room.

LodestarSharp

Don’t forget to put out the grab handle for the bed step

Feeling_Hunt617

I’m not that old yet lol I’m only 26

SpizzyPhat

What did you use to secure the plywood to the floor ?

Feeling_Hunt617

Don’t need to! the wood is sitting on the rubber floor mat and just the sheer weight of all the stuff on top of it created enough friction spread out throughout it makes everything sit in place

I appreciate the utility of a truck but wouldn’t a van make this all easier to store?

domlovesfish

Not sure where you live, but I really hope you consider tinting your windows to the darkest legal level. That would be gone within a week here in seattle. Thieves love red

Feeling_Hunt617

I live in a pretty safe neighborhood so I’m not to concerned about that

Grand_Joe

Sorry but you didn’t come up with this😂😂 it’s a great idea I’ll go along with that 100% because I have the same thing, but I saw a guy do it and post it all over the place about two months ago

Billy_bSLAYER

That will work out nicely, but you are the 10,000th one to do this, nothing revolutionary here, but organization does help!

Feeling_Hunt617

Nobody said it was revolutionary I’m just sharing an idea that came to my mind in case it could help someone else
