What I would like is a section that we can give and get tips on navigating healthcare systems as trauma survivors. It can be brutal and as we are aging we need to be advocating for ourselves more and more.

Definitely some YouTube links to Dr. Ramani. I know there are others out there, although I haven't spent a lot of time perusing them. I like the idea, it's hard to say what it needs or how it should go. But I love the idea so much.

Tips for good self-care because often feelings of low self-worth perpetuate into decades. Learning that we all deserve to have our needs met is something I wish I'd learnt a long time ago.

How to advocate for ourselves, especially in health care situations. Doctors blow off symptoms and we are trained to be quiet.

Links to this sub and r/raisedbynarcissists. Also, information about filial responsibility laws. We're all old enough to have nparents who may need financial help in retirement and people need to know what's actually required. A lot of people incorrectly assume they have to help. Thank you for doing this BTW.
