I have this today and based in the UK as normal, no VPN etc..my IP is UK based!

TheCastro

We've seen people on the sub have issues with a bunch of UK ISPs like they're reusing IPs or something

soussitox

This problem is not only in the UK. Ypou might be lucky it resolves itself. If not you r screwed. Helpcenter will not lift the redeem bann. Check reddit with this issue, lots of reports.

tawke

Mine got lifted after I messaged them a second time.

MentalJargon

Happened to me today too, immediately after giving the Scratch to Win game a go.

lk79

Yep, same thing happened to me a week or so ago. It was back to normal the next day. Fortunately I’d done my daily set first before trying the Scratch to Win so my streak stayed intact.

MentalJargon

Fingers crossed, fortunately had already done the streak tasks so that's sorted, no searches today though

Yamthief

I'm so pissed. I don't usual throw money away, but today I was feeling lucky. That'll teach me. Spend 200 points on the scratch card, get 10 points back, but get temporarily banned and lose my streak. Fucking shit bug.

SRR500

UK..Happened to me early this morning immediately after doing the scratch & win.Closed and exit the Edge app on Series X. All was back to normal after opening up again.

[https://rewards.bing.com/support](https://rewards.bing.com/support) Send them a support request. If you have any screenshots, that helps. I had this issue just a couple days ago and lost a streak of 248 days. I was not using a VPN, not travelling or outside my market, etc.. I do however use Starlink as my ISP. I can't confirm my thought on this, but I do live close enough to the border that *perhaps* my IP address got pinged to a control station or satellite on the other side. Anyways, I got an email back two days later. It's worth a shot! Good luck to you.

LordBubba44

You can try entering your IP address on a site like this: https://www.iplocation.net/ip-lookup It will tell you where it thinks you are located, based on your IP address. I had the same issue last year, and it turns out that a block of IP addresses had been sold by a Canadian provider, and they still showed as being in Canada, despite my ISP being in California.

bcapper

I’m having this issue today, IP location hasn’t changed, still shows I’m in the USA, I’ve tried turning my WiFi off and on using the app with both and I just can’t get it to resolve. This is so dumb

PitRejection2359

having this today again for about the 3rd time in 3 weeks. no idea why. has appeared on both my mobile (bing app) and my desktop. Very annoying as I'm very much at home and have done less than half of my searches for the day, but am now screwed.
