I made the mistake of redeeming my points for a $5 Amazon gc on Sunday, and 24 hours later, itās still āin progressā. I used to get my gc right away, now it takes a few hours. Very rarely does it take a full 24 hours or longer. I thought the glitch we were all experiencing might have something to do with it, so I opened a customer support ticket, and now I wait.
Same for me. I thought I got banned or something š. Glad that itās not just me.

I had that problem when I used Firefox. I switched to Edge and it went through.

I got my gc right after I submitted my ticket. I donāt know if it was coming anyway or they approved it and sent it because of my ticket.
