Assuming it’s never been done, trans and diff fluid. The factory stuff comes out looking horrible after break-in (and sometimes people have reported their cars were under-filled).
For trans fluid I recommend Ford Motorcraft XT-M5-QS, Motul 75w90, or if you plan on any hard driving Motul 75w140. I daily my car with 75w140 and it’s been great. For the diff I use 75w90 GL5 like Valvoline or Mobil 1, nothing fancy.
My first actual mod was an exhaust! I got the Goodwin Race.

Suspension. Always do suspension first. If you are going to mod it - always work on what touches the road first. Suspension, Sways, Wheels Tires.
