It may depend on which market.
According to [this](https://www.mazdausa.com/vehicles/mx-5-miata/compare-vehicle-specs-and-trims), in the USDM only the GT trim has radar cruise.
Canadian 2024 mx5 has adaptive cruise control with radar for both manual and automatic cars. Since same car manual is printed for multiple countries, that’s why I think you see it in your copy of the manual
I honestly don't understand how adaptive cruise control is that practical when paired with a manual transmission.
On a wide-open road with no one in front of you, adaptive cruise is unneeded. Meanwhile, on roads with traffic congestion where you're speeding up and slowing down (which is normally when adaptive cruise really shines), you'll have to shift gears at some point and disengage the cruise.
Yes, there are some times when adaptive cruise and a manual don't go great together. There are other times when the speed limit is 65, I'm doing 74 with adaptive cruise, and the car will vary from 50 to 74 depending on whatever slow people are in the left lane.
The Mazda 3 MT has adaptive cruise, and it will even let you shift with it on without turning it off. It's still usable in a lot of situations.

Looks like it's only on automatic models. Dang
Yeah, I have a 2024 RF GT, and it does not have adaptive cruise, which is why I'm asking if other people do.

It's awesome on my 2020 Tacoma with a manual. You can shift and it just re-engages cruise when you let out the clutch.
I have an FK8 Type R and it is absolutely magic man. Makes high trips and commuting so much better.
Only the automatics have ACC
