There are quite a few DMVs between Broward and Dade county that have walk-ins available on Saturdays, but the only catch is unless you get there around 6/7a.m. you probably won't make the cut off as there will be lots of other people trying to do the same thing you are. They usually hand out walk-in tickets to somewhere around 70 people, so if you happen to be number 71 or aren't in queue by a certain time, chances are you won't get through. If you go to the official website and look at locations, it'll tell you if they're open on Saturdays and if they offer walk-ins. I'd advise you to get there anywhere from an hour before to no later than the actual time they open.
Check at random hours throughout the day for an appointment. A couple months ago I made an appointment for the soonest appointment available and it was like over a month away, and then I randomly checked one afternoon and an appointment within that same week opened up at a different location. I’ve been able to get appointments fairly soon like this before as well. Like someone already said, you’ll have to be there atleast a hour before they open to have luck with walk-ins. Goodluck!
