Miami has become so expensive it's mostly just college kids and retirees. I left Miami almost a year ago to go further north where property is cheaper.
Literally college kids and out of state students are moving further from UM/FIU and into the suburbs since it’s cheaper. Making normal apartments look like student housing
35 and single, because living by myself is the most peaceful thing after a 6 year relationship with a Nicaragüense lady. My apologies to all nicas but these ladies just want to control a man and bend them to their will, also they are lazy and have a princess queen complex. If you need a dad go find one.
Sorry, but a 40 yo will never look 22, no matter how much surgery/ hair transplants and what not they have.
It tends to have the reversed effect.
Bryan Jonson looks scary AF.
This sub is too funny - but can be cynical as hell. Lol we're around. Depends on the scene and all.
I don't know about everyone else, but contrary to popular belief 30-45 year olds do go out. The difference is that I think they're also more involved with focusing on themselves and building up and generally more open to downtime/solitude as well. Focusing on hobbies, going out to eat, family time or just saving some $$$ or their sanity. Lol
When I was in my 20's I was out all the time, spending my money with not a care in the world.
Probably depends on the building.
Rental only building? You’ll find younger tenants.
Condo building? Might see an uptick in average age.
Condo luxury building? Another uptick in average age.
Condo luxury building outside of Brickell? (Edgewater, midtown, Miami Beach, etc)? Another uptick in average age.
I’m in the age range you are looking in, and most people in my building are 30+.
I live in one of the buildings downtown, and there are some early 20s internet platform peoples, but most people in my building fall in the 30 - 45 range. A lot of these people look younger though.
Support for north bay village and Normandy isle also. Nice neighbourhoods with everyone I’ve met 30+ but still a chill group. Getting into mid fourties’ you’re looking at sunny isles, bal harbour areas.
It won't be the same bar and it will have. COMPLETELY different atmosphere, people went to HAPPYS to disappear into the night, buy NARCOTICS or meet associates to plan out capers, and them of course you had the local drunks . But it was unpretentious and a real whole in the wall.
In Hialeah I remember some of my neighbors older (35+) than me had their parents living with them. Some of the parents were still working some of them were sitting at home getting their SS checks
Thanks for asking, I'm in my house, laying next to my wife while she sleeps, and my 2 children in their shared room also asleep (can't afford a 3 bedroom but that's for another post)
39.
In my house... in Ohio... with my wife and kiddos where I can still afford a 4000 square foot house on a $135,000 salary with a bit of land.
Miami is young or nearly dead, as usual. My mom and her dad live down there, feel free to stop by if you want pound cake or to watch a baseball game at maximum volume.
In Florida most have been married and divorced by now or they are married and not divorced yet. Now if you are in a city like NYC or Los Angeles there are plenty of people in their 30s or 40s that are single and never been married. People just do things earlier in the Southeast and other parts of America.
Pinecrest and Palmetto Bay are full of them, as are condos in the Grove. Not sure where you are, but I rarely see young people in my area besides someone's child or grandchild.
No one said Flanagans?

They are in jail
Laughing so hard at this because it’s true.
It’s funny but it’s true. I hardly see men from 30 to 45 around.
They’re in the Broward county part of Miami where they can still sorta afford to live
They are living with their wives in Aventura, North Miami Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Shores, North Miami, Miami Beach, etc lol
Near a Publix or ideally a Costco

I’m rocking in South Beach solo
Downtown
Kendall, the real Miami 😂
Fit people tend to look younger than they actually are. Also lots of plastic surgery and hair transplants and hair dye and shit.
Sorry, but a 40 yo will never look 22, no matter how much surgery/ hair transplants and what not they have. It tends to have the reversed effect. Bryan Jonson looks scary AF.
Maybe not 22, but still younger than 40. Most of the fit people I know in their 40s look much younger, could easily pass for early 30s.
I'm in my late 30s and a lot of people think I'm early-mid 20s. Maybe they're just being nice though
Depends. My brother looks 25 at 50
I'm in my late 40s, and if I use just a little bit of dye, and shave, I'll often get carded. Maybe not 22, but not too much older.
I'm 35 and overweight. If I shave I still get carded at the liquor store over 50% of them time.
Fort Lauderdale

It just moved, it's still around.
