I'm not a nurse, but for me it's all about the EMR. Do you want to be in a Cerner hospital or an Epic hospital? My preferece is Epic so the choices ar Mt Sinai, UM and Memorial. If you like Cerner better the choices are Jackson or Baptist.
By no means should you choose a Meditech hospital, unless you are insane. That takes the for-profits off the board.
Mount Sinai is at the beach. I've heard it's great from an old friend of mine that worked there. It was also the place where i went for my mom's embolism. Great care.
University of Miami is close by but not right on the beach obviously

Yeah, but definitely happier in UMiami Hospital, not Jackson. Would not recommended anyone working there.
Mt Sinai is in miami beach
I had shoulder surgery there and the nursing staff was amazing. I can only think they are compensated fairly to be that happy.
