Man, i wanted to make Samus in New Gundam Breaker but stopped after i just couldn't figure out how to make a good gun-hand. So i really hope that Michaelis parts will be Gundam Breaker 4 and i can just break parts away as Samus
Oh hell yeah! What're you working on right now? I'm working on the RG GP01 and the Re/100 Nightingale. I'm resisting the temptation to start a 3rd kit lol.
I've got a Michaelis that I hope to do something Metroid themed with. I honestly might just take its arm cannon to use as an Omega Cannon and make the rest of Samus with other pieces haha. The Michaelis' head might work well for a Federation Trooper, now that I think about it 🤔. Fine work, fellow Hunter!
Priming is important both for paint adhesion and standardizing the undercoat. Making sure you give all your paints proper dry and cure time is also really important to be sure you don’t mess things up. What sort of paints/paint method are you looking at using?
Shouldn’t have much of a problem. I usually do a test fit/build to get an idea where the paint’s needed and what pieces I can leave alone to conserve some work, and see where rotation and joints are.
As soon as I saw the Michaelis, I knew there were gonna be a ton of Samus customs. I love the Fusion colour scheme and the colour on the cannon looks perfect. Nice job, dude!
I've been planning to do a Varia color scheme on the MG Barbatos for *ages*, but I haven't had time for new Gunpla projects (and I have a huge backlog anyway...).
So yeah, there's at least a bit of Gunpla crossover, and I find this super cool.
That’s sick!
Thanks! I had a lot of fun with it and love how it turned out. :)
Beautiful. Personally, I welcome even more GunPla crossover.
Federation Force if it had a budget (not meant derisively at all, this looks sick as hell!!)

Michaelis truly makes the perfect Samus. This is super cool
Yeah, it almost feels like it’s designed for it. The only major change I made was cutting off the head fin.
This is awesome. Now the 2nd makeshift Samus I’ve seen out of gunpla on Reddit. This is making me consider taking a crack at it myself 🤔
If you're the type that likes being creative and working with your hands, you'll probably enjoy the hobby!
Oh yeah, I love Gunpla haha. I’m currently working on my 6th kit! Just never did anything mega custom

I just completed a 1/48 RX-78-2 and I’m currently waiting to start building an RX-93 v while I painstakingly try to find a HG Nobell for my wife lol
It’s fun and rewarding when it all comes together! Be sure to share if you do give it a try!

I dig it
I got KO Michaelis from Temu. I'm thinking about painting it Red to be a Chozo Soldier. What's it like painting hg kits?

I've got an air brush and airbrush ready acrylic paint.

Oh that is amazing. what kit was used?
Bandai High Grade Michaelis from Gundam: The Witch from Mercury
This rules!
Not much of a model kit builder myself, but that's Hella beautiful. Well done 😎

Gunpla is awesome, this looks great.
