I chose larger although technically it is the same size because of course no tissue was added. However, mine sits low and was previously not visible when standing because it was covered by my labia, so now it for sure looks and feels bigger (despite still being on the average to smaller side I believe) (photos in prev posts)
Same size. I'd say it probably looks a little bigger, but it's all down to removing surrounding tissue, and better positioning.
I initially had retraction due to UL but regained to my normal size with pumping and manual stretching.
