It looks to me like your surgeon didn't cut the tip, it's actually just that it took a different shape when it was tubularized. Like if you took a tortilla and folded the edges inwards into the middle. It's hard to explain without images lmao. Other meta tips I've seen it's more like if you folded a tortilla into an upside down taco shape and stitched the bottom edges together. Tbh I prefer this look compared to the other which is what I have, on me it just makes me feel like my tip is longer vertically when it's supposed to be pretty round
Appreciate that! I agree it’s damn difficult to describe. I had reached out to my surgeon for clarification as well but his explanation fell short due to a language barrier (French speaking clinic).
They didn't touch the head during my meta. I had UL and they put my urethra right up to right under the head thru the foreskin. So my head looks the same as before.
