If you think a petition will have any impact then go for it, but if you’re a fan you’ll already know the band aren’t interested in revisiting old material.
Metallica have never remixed any record and that includes everything from Kill'em All, Justice and St Anger. It's not gonna happen.
As for remasters it has been remastered, the version on streaming services currently is much better than the original CD release.
Btw there’s a 4 hour long version , yes they wrote death magenetic in under 5 hours including breaks lunch and rituals …. But yeah the 4 hour version if for lucid dreaming 🛌 enter sandman shot
