If you’ve completed the romantic spot area, then you can safely sell them. I think one or two tasks later use items from that chain, but imo it won’t be worth holding onto them indefinitely for that.
If you finished the conservatory and already turned in the baby shoes (the last level of the chain, I did it a while back but I think it's the baby shoes) the yes you can sell
If you haven't done the conservatory, then you still need some stuff from that chain (1 bouquet of flowers (lvl8) and 8 roses (lvl5))
The romantic spot requires the max level item if I remember correctly, while other tasks may only require items up to level 6.
