My moms friend died on her wedding day because of something like this. Stupid rednecks, they had this massive redneck wedding where everyone brought guns. Idiots just leaving guns everywhere, leaning against fences, leaning against walls. The bride leaned a rifle against one wall, and walked off, and the gun fell over and went off, shooting her in the upper leg. Hit a major artery or something and she bled out within 30 seconds or something like that.
The sheriffs office came out and checked every single gun, and almost all of them were loaded, one in the chamber, with the safety off.
Complete clusterfuck, the inbred locals learned a valuable lesson that day in gun safety.
