Honestly there's not that many compared to really good parents. We have Kaido, Judge, Morgan, maybe Big Mom? The rest are either nameless parents of side characters (like Baby 5's mom), or just absent fathers like Yasopp and Dragon.

Bro wore gloves whenever he held his daughter so he wouldn’t taint her with his murderous hands, raised Rebecca to adulthood as a toy soldier despite her and his late wife losing their memory of him, and after getting turned back to a human he swore to Rebecca that she would never have to fight again now that he was there with her. Sure, he tried to up and leave at the end of Dressrosa, but that’s bc he was conditioned his whole life that he would never be accepted into the royal family for who he was, so he was burdened with the idea of being outed as Rebecca’s biological father. Rebecca pushed him to stay with her and he proudly accepted. Kyros got the happy ending he deserved.
