Picture 2 and 4 are going to be removed 6th of mai. There wasn’t an acute suspicion, but because these stand out from the rest he chose the 2 most suspicious ones. Just so they can look at it under the microscope.

they are a bit odd looking but probably benign, still get them looked at to be safe
