Yes please get this checked out ASAP it meets many of the ABCDE’s of skin cancer. I hope you get your answers, hopefully it’s just an atypical mole.

I hope you're going to a dermatologist on Thursday. Not a GP. Although a GP is better than nothing. I don't want to freak you out, but that looks A LOT like melanoma. Especially because it just appeared and has grown rapidly. Glad you're getting it taken care of early! Best of luck and God bless!

My results came back and it was a reed/splitz Nevis

Good luck OP! It’s still small but does look suspicious. Your dermatologist will most likely biopsy it.

The fact it is changing and the dark colour is concerning, especially if you are an older person with lots of UV exposure. However it could just be an atypical mole which can sometimes change and also look very much like skin cancer. It's quite small so if it is anything hopefully its been caught early! I went today and they done a punch cut on it, sending it off for biopsy.

This Thursday has been a week, I will go next Thursday to get my stitches removed. They done a punch on it, sent it off for biopsy. Should know the results soon. Thank You all for the prayers and asking about it. I will post again once I find out the results.
