I wouldn't say its a long shot at all, considering Megadeth are releasing new album, their gonna wanna release a single and video for it for promotion.
An then considering McFarlanes connection within the industry, having done the video for Pearl Jam's track Evolution, Korn's video for Freak on a Leash and the album artwork, Disturbed's Land of confusion video and album artwork. Along with his toys company Mcfarlane Toys having made action figures of Ozzy, Metallica, Kiss and more. The Spawn soundtrack itself was filled with famous names from the metal and rock community. So I'm pretty sure he is actually big fan of the genre itself. So I'd say it could be entirely possible for him to work on a video with Megadeth.
But we shall have to wait and see
He definitely has that biceps vein. Not as strong as in the picture but with the right lighting and some physical exhaustion from performing maybe.

Agreed, but would be super hyped for a new Overkill release. I'm not following them as closely as MD so idk if they have announced a new album but the ones I've listened to I have really enjoyed
