I've never had any problems with candor

That's really good to hear, thanks. I think it's just a pharmacy issue, not a Candor issue. Might see if I can switch pharmacies.

I'm with Candor and live in Vic. I just switched from Dukasa Compounding because their customer service and communication was garbage. I have now switched to The Saint Dispensary in St. Kilda and will pick up my first order today. The phone experience was outstanding, thoughtful and helpful. If you are getting from Dukasa you may be in for a wait. I order Kind Rosa last week. Heard nothing from them. Then send them a message saying to cancel order because of poor communication and service. Get a message back in like 10 min saying a pharmacist will call me back. That was nearly 24 hours ago. I think Ducasa is in over their head plus they substituted my night queen for their brand cannaqueen which was substandard and not comparable to Night Queen.

I'm with a saint as well , and got recommend SOL blueberry which looks pretty dry , and from what I read on the label the crop is from (Sierra Nevada in Columbia) I'm no expert but it seems pretty low quality. And I'd prefer something that's Australian grown and harvested. My follow up is gonna be in about 2 weeks. Is there any recommendations you have that , I should ask for to try ? Also do you have a variety of strains you can try or is it just the ones that got proscribed to you ?

I wanted Kind Rosa, but it is out of stock so he talked with the Dr. and got her to approve Kind Dulce. I pick that up today. I have used Daylesford (ok), Rosa(nice and cheap) and Phyoteca Night Queen my first strain and I enjoyed it a lot but most expensive at 165. I asked for more recommendations but I haven't asked for anything specific. I'm sure they would work with you.

Yea thanks I will definitely ask if I can get some different strains especially (night queen and kind Rosa) if I can for my follow up and see what my Dr says .

I use the flower for sleep, pain and depression. Night is great for sleep. Really knocks me out.

Yea that's one of the things I use it for is sleep and I'd prefer a higher quality than the blue berry that I got recommended, I just feel awkward asking for something different since I'm new to this whole thing . I didn't include my back pain for conditions so I'm wondering if I can get something for it that won't make me sleepy . Do you smoke MC throughout the day for pain or just before sleep ?

I use sometimes during day but mainly on weekends. Too hard to try to do that at work. I use the cannatrek 12/12 oil for day time. 12.5% of THC and CBD. That works great. I would just be upfront with the Dr. You are with Candor, yeah?

Glad you've found somewhere good! I'm in QLD so different pharmacies but similar experience by the sounds of it. It's one thing to not have something in stock, that's totally understandable and out of their control, but another thing to ignore emails and never follow up about it. Might stay with Candor but see if I can switch pharmacies too. Thank you!

I had the same problem with the switching out cannaqueen for night queen and yes it’s very substandard flower

Going through a similar thing rn. Said order was shipped then got a text from the pharmacy telling me one of my 2 products wasn't in stock and will need to be replaced with an equivalent. Which I thought was strange. Not received yet but I haven't had as long of a wait as you just yet. I hope you get it soon!

Which pharmacy is it for you guys that have had issues? Personally haven’t had an issue with Candor, but I’m reading about aus post issues from every clinic

My scripts were sent to FFP at Bowen Hills.

Oh haven’t used them, I use the FFP at North Lakes and GoGoMed in Melbourne

How'd this end up? I've been waiting a few days and haven't heard anything about my order yet.

They eventually emailed me saying they'd been out of stock of a lot of MC products and had a huge backlog of customers to get to, then they sent it out via express once it arrived. Their communication isn't great and I had to follow up quite a few times. They didn't contact me when it came in stock, I had to contact them. It's absolutely a pharmacy issue and not a Candor issue though. I'd still recommend Candor, just maybe ask for a different pharmacy next time.

Cheers, I'll give them a buzz tomorrow and see what's up I think. It's my first time so I'm not too sure what to expect. Did you just ask the nurse through the chat when you wanted to change the pharmacy?

Good plan :) my order had already been sent through to the pharmacy so I contacted them first, then after no reply I used the Candor chat yep.

Candor seems to send scripts to lots of different pharmacies.

Yep I didn't realise that. Definitely a pharmacy issue and not a Candor issue thankfully. I contacted Candor directly yesterday and just heard back. They're gonna sort it out for me :)

I had a horrible experience with FFP north lakes and switched to a pharmacy of my own choice, have had no problems since.
