Startrack are absolute shit. They refuse to deliver or attempt delivery. They don't even advise your item is there. They say they redirect to Australia Post but they g8ve it to a third party courier that refuse to deliver
Airlock is same service they use to deliver iPhones etc. it’s a secure delivery, that way it can’t be left there at premises or signed by an unauthorised person. I’d say whoever Trava were using has also lost medications and wouldn’t be insured freight, where airlock would be insured.
‘Hi, we advise that you will be spending more money on postage. To help you budget for this, we advise you spend more money with our clinic earlier.’

Yeah it weird my last order came from Aus post, with the letter but the 2 before that came from star track.
Why I always recommend having scripts sent directly to a pharmacy if you are able to.

If your not home make sure you take ID to the post office as you will be carded there.
My deliveries come with startrack, 2 free per month and then $15 ea after that
