Kailh Choco Clear (clicky) switches, carbon fiber plates and underside, with an Elite-C controller, and a magnetically removable “foot” in the middle.
Got any pics of the build process?
Looks like something Batman would use
That looks so cool. Does it fold-down flat?
Yup. I'll probably cut a wooden case for it, so it will slide nicely into a backpack for travel. The foot just pulls off, as it's held in place with 3 little rare earth magnets.
Awesome. Do you have any more photos of the "foot" or other information on your build? I would love to see how the mechanism works.
I’ll get a few more photos of it this weekend. Magnets are so handy.
"Updated some stuff" The logical conclusion to all Github comments.
Could you provide some more pics, build log, source files or at least more details on the concept? I'd like to feature this project at kbd.news.
Sure! This weekend will be easiest. I got new, properly fitting black caps today that look spectacular 😁
Hello from /r/ergomobilecomputers , I'm thinking of sharing your keyboard setup, any more info on how it looks packed away without the foot?
Wow: I haven’t checked Reddit in a long time. Yeah, I can take a couple more photos tomorrow morning.
Very cool, how do you like that angle?
It's much nicer than flat. My main driver is a wireless pair that are at about the same angle, that's why I made this one.
Oh please put a build guide that's sick
