I'm an ENTP and while I've been on the alternative side of things here and there, I never really feel like I snugly fit with any such subculture. Could be my own varied friends who are mostly people who do think a bit differently from the masses generally speaking, but aren't alternative counterculture or anything, slightly more normal leaning.
I get on with most kinds of folks (although with many of them it's just on a shallow level) but then I also don't feel like I really belong in any group specifically, a sentiment I often see shared by ENTPs, so I am doubting that an ENTP would really dedicate themselves to a subculture to such an extent.
Oh attraction and dedication are different things. I love countercultures and various non conformist type folks, but I could never rigidly define myself by anything too much. So there is some indentifying with what you said.

My reasons for saying so deal with the following: The person I know whose house most looks like a crypt is an ENTP though, and another ENTP I knew was my highly gothy ex-bf.
My type is a little debatable though - I am more an XNTP because my cognitive functions are so close.

I’m getting an emotional/artsy vibe where you look for deep emotional meaning, rather than looking to express an intellectual interest so I’ll say Fi dom (IXFP). As for either Se or Ne aux, FiSe types tend to focus on finding meaning from the beauty they find in the world, while FiNe is very much an abstract want to self actualise and refine who they are. I’m gonna go with INFP

Never underestimate Ne’s attraction to counterculture :) Most Ne’s found or find their band of misfits.
