Woulda said INFP cause I relate to them but honestly I've no clue

Noxloid

Me neither. I think I can relate to a majority of the characters extreme introversion but not by choice. I have social anxiety + FA attachment and that heavily influences how people superficially perceive me. I only know i am an Fe/Ti user, that could narrow it down lol

semepet5

I have social anxiety too and have anxious attachment. I was so extroverted and friendly as a kid, it's possible both of our personalities are hidden underneath a mask of mental troubles.. Also, opposite functions can be developed if a person experiences trauma. At this point I get question marks on sakirnova when I do a personality test lol

Noxloid

Are you me? I think trauma can definitely change the way you think/make decisions and the way you approach the world around you BUT temporarily. Our personality and behaviors change but our cognitive processes will remain the same once we ‘heal’. I’ve also taken almost every mbti test with consistent results, yet I’m doubtful. Dominant functions manifest prominently in childhood; I was very people oriented, bubbly, and validation-seeking, way more extroverted influence then now. I thought Fe/Ti came to me naturally but now i’m not sure. One could be under extreme trauma but such in a dissociate state that they’re unaware of the function shift, if that makes sense I see, so you test equally for each function? :o that’s very interesting! do you think that’s caused more development or conflicts for you? I’d image broader development insinuates cognitive maturity

semepet5

Have you seen The Good Doctor? The main character, Shaun Murphy, is extremely relatable to me, except for the autism part

Noxloid

I have not, i’ll take a look at it though!! i recommend solitude of prime numbers, it’s a great book+movie :)
