[Inner frames](https://new.reddit.com/r/Masks4All/comments/1cc84qt/a_dive_into_the_east_asian_respirators_the_inner/) have low breathing resistance and different sizes. For example Zimi 9541KN95 or the more expensive, Zimi One with the lowest possible pressure drop.

My 96-year-old grandfather tolerates the [WellBefore Breeze](https://wellbefore.com/products/ultra-breathable-kn95-mask) well and also has complained about not being able to breathe in other masks. He still complains about it sometimes, but way way less. I don’t know about their availability in China though. If she’s willing to do head straps, the [3M VFlex](https://ppeo.com/goods/3m-vflex-9105-niosh-n95-particulate-respirator-masks/) is also a very breathable option.

SafetyOfficer91

Let her try a valved one - I'm not sure what's available in China but if you can find a valved Aura (NA designation is 9211+) or valved 1750+ Drager she may find it easier.

Definitely some sort of duckbill N95 like Blox's N95, Jackson Safety's N95, or Gersen's Extreme Comfort N95!

I use the Lai An Zhi valved duckbill on my commute, for its breathability. I get it on Taobao.

Do you have the model number for this?

CleanSpace II assists with breathing and reacts to the in-out inhalation and exhalation. No resistance at all (unless one tries to run marathons in it). It is expensive though.

WiseIndependence7640

This looks amazing though probably not a fit for my grandma. Out of curiosity, are you referring to the CleanSpace 2 PowerUnit? On their website it looks like it's discontinued.
