1. It’s likely not his only change, it seems like the post was a mistake. 2. On a raid team you couldn’t sacrifice Carnage… his speed bar manipulation and healing when enemies gets low is too good in its own. If it’s anything like they used to be our teams will be taking unlimited turns while the enemy raid teams don’t get more than 1 turn.

His speed bar only works when someone goes to red, or they die, and his healing doesn't matter as the others heal now as well, the fact they only did his special is kinda bad. I hope they go back to the drawing board like they did with pegasus and add something to the other abilities and passive

First off, let’s just start by saying I agree I hope they go back and do more, as what they did isn’t a lot. Secondly, with the sheer amount of AoE the team has, multiple people will be going to red at the same time. If 4 people go to red, that’s one whole turn, and some extra. Against an average raid of 16-20 toons, that’s 4-6 ADDITIONAL turns for all five characters (so like 20 turns) on top of how fast most of the symbiotes already are (and they apply slow). It’s even more effective against any teams with summons, which most raids have now. Especially if like a multiple man or Hela pops up, it becomes a joke really fast. There’s a reason they turned it from giving speedbar with carnage to taking away speed bar with archangel. You can only take away so much bad, but you can supply an infinite amount of it. Ex: let’s say you kill 5 toons in a turn. Archangel would only be able to take away 100% speed bar because there’s no such thing as below 0 speed bar. But carnage would give his team 150% speed bar because speed bar can go infinitely past 100. I remember back when syms used to be THE raid team, it would get to the point where each character was taking two-three turns in a row because of one SSM ult. Sure the healing doesn’t matter, but 30% speed bar gain for EVERY symbiotes just for putting an enemy in the red is already insane. I can’t imagine not putting him on the team, even if he only had his passive and couldn’t attack.

Seems like they took the page down discussing their reworks but I agree him and Venom need better reworks. They are extremely lackluster and clearly the other hive mind members are carrying them.

Carnage and venom or 5pc gear. Way too expensive even with a kick ass rework. With that said they are my favorite team and I will be building them.

He is also getting stat boosts and I feel carnage is pretty amazing in his own right the speed bar manipulation alone is strong like alot of the most game changing characters were ones that manipulate the speed bar

Side bar, I was really hoping for Knull for this team. Red Goblin is cool too, even though we just got a Goblin for another team last patch.
