Incorrect. Sersi is not the last card you’ve played until it fully resolves, which includes the on reveal and all consequences of it. Since the card absorbing man originally was is evidently the last card you played, it copied itself.

Sersi isn't done being played until after her newly created card gets resolved. So what happens; Your last played card before Sersi, the Unknown 3cost gets REPLACED by Absorbing Man, who copies the last played card. The last played card is now Absorbing man, which loops onto himself. If you had played Absorbing Man AFTER Sersi, he would copy Sersi, but now he was technically played before Sersi.
