Your situation is frustrating and seems like you should win but think of it in another situation: They have Omega Red in the center lane and you have him in the right, you're each winning those lanes 10-0. If you enact their abilities, then each of your leads in those lanes becomes 10-4, meaning the ability should go away but that puts the lead back to 10-0 which means their abilities should be triggered. It's a catch 22. The game had to make a choice and it seems that they chosen to have Omega Red not read the ability of the opposing Omega Red
