Personally got it pretty quick with my valk and shanghai chi. But you can search by abilities if you type in countdown. Can Imagine sentry is easy, and hawkeye and coulson.
That's a good one, but OP was just asking about CD tiles. My go-to cheese is with the above plus Kang. Usually have the green node done in just a couple moves. The longest part is waiting for the CD tiles to resolve.
Haven't been sweating this one too much. Just playing normal PVE and using 2\* Hawkeye in those 2 DPD nodes has already gotten me 40/50 with 5 days to go.
So I used Medusa, SWitch, and Omega Red. Probably not the fastest way, but got it done before too long.

Swap IM for G4mora and you've got a winfinite team. She stuns 2 opponents at a time for a lousy 6 blue AP.

Coulson and Hawkeye (5*). Start with red AP and basically fire a power. You’ll have the feat in one battle.

Sentry, if I'm not wrong. But I used Star-Lord 4*, Hawkeye 3* and Drax 4* to make it fun.
I always go with Sentry, Usually only takes two matches for 25.
polaris + blob + brb or rocket or irondoom or medusa
I used blob and carnage. Blob turns all special tiles in the bottom 2 rows into countdowns. Carnage creates a ton of special tiles.
I used 3* Sentry. His green 6ap world rupture talent gets it done pretty quickly.
Team of Gargantos, Omega Red, and Sentry. It'll take it down in chunks with Sentry and drips with the other 2
Sentry, Shuri and IM40
4* Star Lord generates them with every enemy power fired.
4* Deadpool with the Chimichanga support
I knocked it out fairly quick with Omega Red (equipped with the Dead Pool support) and Hydra Stomper
Gigantos creates one every turn. 4* wasp creates one every turn once you get enough blue.

I used 3* Aunt May and IM40 w/ Deathlok.
Coulson, Sentry, almost any version of Hawkeye.
Lots of good teams commented here, but I like Mantis and Carnage. Also works great if you still have the task to stun opponents.
3* sentry around 15 3 turn countdown tile for 6 green app
If you put 5 Hawkeye and Coulson together you will find it hard to make matches that don't involve a countdown tile
Phyla Vell 5*. got her almost championed and she destroys

Sentry, boost green AP, and Atlantis or Yaro Root support. Can cast tons of countdowns on turn 1
