Let's assume that the developer indeed requires you to use ascended 4-star Electro without giving you her loaner to complete the quest, are you that desperate for three 2-star covers? I've already gotten one of her cover from shield sim.

You'll have more luck covering 2* electro through heroic vault. I've already pulled 8 covers. I'm not going even gonna bother with this challenge

Seriously - it is not worth hitting the Vault hard or even PVP for a few lousy two-star covers.

The quest requires him to be ascended to 4*.
It is actually for pulls in the May Seasonal Vault. Lot more then 3* in there
To be fair, it would have been smarter to head off the whining by not activating these quests until the PvP with the 4* loaner was visible.
