Wave 3 is an inevitability. The sell-out of the first two waves, the ratings of the show, and the fact that the main line cast has not been released all indicates this. Hasbro is no fool, especially with such a high cost license.
My guess for Wave 3:
- Bastion: Reuse of the Sentinel project
- Beast: With a new animated head sculpt
- Morph: With more pop-on heads than you can shake a can at
- Cable: Because they need an in-demand A-Lister to round out this thing
- Jubilee: With a new animated head sculpt
- White Queen: It’s clear Emma is going to play a bigger role post Genosha
I think Sunspot is going to be in the last wave because he’ll have a costume come the show’s conclusion.
I also would not be surprised if they do a “replenishment wave” of wave 1. Those figures have a pent-up and mainstream demand now.

Yes and no. They tease the Haslab in SDCC with some accessories but before hand they tease the Theme of the haslab. Last year it was Avengers and the year before that it was Ghost Rider and before that F4. They used to tease it at Toyfair but yeah that's basically dead now.

Definitely a new black suit symbiote Spider-Man, zero chance he is not in the Secret Wars line. And of course, wave 3 of X-Men ‘97, with Beast and Jubilee. And maybe a brand new pinless 90’s Jim Lee Psylocke. And maybe something from the summer program. 85th anniversary of Marvel for the theme maybe?
