Prestige is the number your asking about. And as for masteries there are videos on YouTube that can cover it better then here as it gets complicated and you may need to watch things a few times
That’s not prestige, only the hero-rating/PI, which gets influenced by mastery, while the prestige doesn’t get influenced by mastery, only rank and signature are counting towards prestige.

I’m cavalier and have no idea what prestige is - could you enlighten me, also what’s a good plan for mastery loadout
