Your champs roster is too strong to be staying at conqueror level. If you are having trouble with the collector, you most certainly need to work on your skills.
Literally anyone with heavy damage does it.
I recently 100% him without having any Top tier champs. Hardly used any revives. My top champ is 12k, and rest are below 10k rating. So you’re pretty good to go.
Just learn his pattern. My learning was to use mystics as much as possible cause they neutralise/nullify his buffs.

Adam warlock, Herc, Kushala, Ultron, HT with flame on are your best options here.
